Opening Breakfast for Bowls Season

Dear Members, OPENING DAY - SATURDAY 6th SEPTEMBER 2025 COMBINED BREAKFAST AND BOWLS On behalf of our Club President, Frank Staebe, we are pleased to invite you to our Club's Opening Day on Saturday 6th September 2025. The day will begin with breakfast commencing at 9.15am. After breakfast, the Opening of the Greens Ceremony with help from our official guests. Following these formalities, games of bowls will be played. Games will begin at approximately 11.30am. The fee for our breakfast will be $15.00 per person. The short game of bowls is complimentary for those attending the breakfast. Those members not attending the breakfast but wishing to play bowls, the fee for bowls is $5.00. Members who wish to attend are encouraged to indicate their intention as early as possible. Entry sheets have been placed on the slopes for this purpose. Those of you who find it difficult to access the Clubrooms to record your attendance should email Rhonda at mail@glenwaverleybowlsclub.com.au. Please note that for catering purposes replies are to be received no later than Friday 29th August 2025. Your committee look forward to seeing you on Saturday 6th September 2025.
